This policy explains how intellectual property is handled on EGFULFILL, and how to report infringement.

Your designs

You keep ownership of the artwork and designs you upload. By uploading, you grant EGFULFILL a limited license solely to print, produce, and ship products on your behalf.

Your responsibility

You must hold all necessary rights to the content you upload and sell. Do not upload trademarks, copyrighted works, or likenesses you are not authorized to use.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, send a notice to ip@egfulfill.com including the work concerned, the allegedly infringing item, and your contact details. We review and act on valid reports.

Repeat infringers

We may remove infringing content and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

Our marks

“EGFULFILL”, our logo, and the platform design are our property and may not be used without permission.
